Or, if they wanted to be super advantageous, players could join/create a lobby and first choice get whatever position they choose.

I think it would probably be 1 player vs 1 player and you choose a position or could swap between players using the target and, say the x button.

BUT I think you could easily launch a pvp match via the main menu. It could be implemented in game and you could be the seeker or whatever and win the big tournament for your house. If it’s well crafted enough it could damn near be a standalone game in and of itself which brings me to my next point. Because it’s not just like oh here’s another quest line with craaaaazzy over powered loot. I also think it would be one of the best dlcs for a video game ever potentially. I think the flying mechanics are well crafted and if they can implement the targeting system into the flying that would open up enough finger space to utilize the buttons for throwing, catching and attacks etc. It just seems like they’re teasing it too much to not do it. And all of the quidditch attire you get through the flying challenges. So it seems like there’s going to be some form of quidditch dlc just based on multiple notes you can find in game: Imelda Rayes note and especially the nurses note in the infirmary.
